Most academies want better support staff. Most professionals can’t find an academy to work with.
India has thousands of certified physiotherapists, strength coaches, and sports scientists. Cricket has structural demand for all of them. The two sides do not have a common platform on which to find each other — which is why most academies still operate without specialist support and most young sports professionals never enter the cricket economy.
The marketplace solves the directory problem. It does not negotiate contracts. It does not rate professionals. It lists them, with verified credentials, alongside open positions at registered academies — so that the conversation can happen.
